Focusing on digital and green transformation, EXCETEK has developed high-efficiency, low-energy-consumption sustainable machines—including the NP, HD, and ED series—and introduced AI-driven intelligent manufacturing and sales systems for wire-cutting and EDM machines. These AI systems generate solutions in ten languages, providing real-time remote assistance for global users and ensuring seamless, around-the-clock service.

The NP400L plus features an advanced high-thrust linear motor with direct feedback, enabling smooth, vibration-free table movement. This significantly enhances positioning and cutting accuracy, eliminates backlash and wear, and ensures long-term high-precision performance with zero maintenance. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a state-of-the-art EtherCAT controller and full-closed-loop servo control, ensuring exceptional stability and precision.

Notably, it incorporates the next-generation GS-Cut high-speed green energy-saving discharge circuit, utilizing a Sink energy recovery system and high-speed discharge pulses. This technology reduces power consumption during EDM processing while achieving a 25% energy recovery rate and over 25% faster processing speeds. The entire machine is built with high-efficiency, low-energy components and an advanced green cooling system, ensuring optimal performance control and energy efficiency. Furthermore, the DX smart machinery supports the Umtai communication protocol, aligning with international standards.
