(1) NTC is the new modulized lathe series design we have, can be selected with different spec. for different customers' machining demand.
(2) NTC is very suitable for complex parts machining for the electronics, 2 and 4 wheels automotive, and mechanical parts industry need.
(3) 6" or 8" spindle chuck size can be chosen. With big spindle bore design, 8" chuck can have dia. 65 mm bar, 6" chuck can have dia. 51 mm bar.
(4) Turret can select standard turret, live turret, or turret with Y axis which is 90 angle design to get more turning capability. And based on different coolant pump the different pressure can be operated.
(5) About tailstock, manual or hydraulic, or programmable type can be selected, and also sub spindle is an option.
(6) High rigid one piece slant bed design with X/Z axis box way design can highly increse the machine's rigidity.
(7) With bar feeder, sub spindle workpiece push system, parts catcher system...etc. an easy cell of automation can be applied.
