STEP 1
Place the alloy wheel blank on the feed-in conveyor, the robot will clamp it into the production line. The whole process is mainly operated by robot arms in order to fulfill automated manufacturing.
STEP 2
First process for wheel internal process Includes rough/fine machining. Main Measuring items: CHD, Surface flatness.
STEP 3
Drilling Process : Main measuring items are PCD holes and Air Valves.
STEP 4
Final process for wheel OD (rough/fine machining). Main Measuring items: wheel O.D. and Cap Dia.
STEP 5
Before the material is discharged, the robot will send the wheels to laser maker to print ID codes, enabling material traceability during the production process and after discharge.
