Product Description:
The Hydraulic Energy-Saving Servo-Systems is a high-efficiency energy-saving solution that integrates servo motor technology with hydraulic systems. It is widely used in equipment such as injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, machine tools, and die-casting machines. Its primary objective is to improve energy efficiency, reduce power consumption, lower noise and oil temperature, and enhance overall control accuracy and production efficiency.
The main components of the JC Power Hydraulic Energy Saving Servo-System include:
1. JPM Permanent Magnet Servo Motor
This motor adopts a specially designed rotor and stator slot structure independently developed by Chia Sheng. It provides the essential characteristics of permanent magnet servo motors, including high efficiency, fast dynamic response, high power density, and low noise.
2. Servo Drive
The servo drive is independently developed by Chia Sheng with proprietary control programs, perfectly matching the characteristics of the JPM permanent magnet servo motor. The system adopts a closed-loop control architecture that precisely controls motor speed and torque. Its operating principle is to continuously compare control commands with feedback signals and make rapid adjustments to ensure the motor output meets the requirements of the hydraulic energy-saving servo system.
3. Piston Pump
A high-performance piston pump manufactured in Taiwan by Yuken Taiwan is used. This type of positive displacement hydraulic pump generates pressure and flow through the reciprocating motion of pistons within the cylinder block, providing high pressure, high efficiency, and strong adaptability. The pump is specially designed for servo hydraulic energy-saving systems, with optimized structure to significantly reduce operating noise.

Product Advantages :
a. Energy Saving
The servo drive controls the speed of the servo motor, thereby regulating the output flow and pressure of the hydraulic pump to achieve energy-saving performance. The system can generally achieve more than 70% energy savings, and in some applications it can even reach over 90% power-saving efficiency.
b. Low Noise
Because the motor speed can be reduced according to demand, the overall system operates with very low noise.
c. Integrated Design
The PM servo motor and controller are integrated into a single unit, significantly reducing production costs and eliminating complex wiring during installation.
d. Reduced Oil Tank Capacity
The oil tank capacity can be reduced from 60L to 20L.
e. Lower Hydraulic Oil Temperature
The hydraulic oil temperature is only about 1.5°C above ambient temperature. This effectively reduces oil temperature rise, improves machining accuracy, extends the service life of hydraulic oil and seals, and lowers air-conditioning costs within the factory.
f. Machine Connectivity
By connecting to the RS-485 communication port, the system can output operational data such as power, rotational speed, and current, as well as alarm and maintenance information.
