The MTG500 is a very compact machine with a small gantry structure. We focused on moving the center of gravity closer to the column to keep the moving weight close to the linear guideways. This design reduces structural deformation and ensures consistent, accurate positioning and outstanding machining repeatabilityMTG500’s standard tool capacity is 48T, but we also offer optional upgrades to 60, 90, and 120 tools to meet various machining demands.Rotary table was specifically designed for high-speed mill/turn and grinding applications. We use a dual DD motor with a maximum rotational speed of up to 100rpm. The tilting axis operates at 60rpm. The camping force is 2400Nm on the B axis and 1800Nm on the C axis. The table has a load capacity of 250 kg and is suitable for workpieces with a diameter of up to Ø500mm and 390mm in height.
