With a highly experienced design and manufacturing background in centerless grinders, PALMARY present the new bearing type CNC centerless grinder.
Differ from PALMARY traditional model, PCB, bearing type to meet the awareness of eco-friendly, there’s no oil tank for spindle lubrication. Both wheel head spindle filled with oil grease which can do oil mist auto lubrication while needed. Maintenance is much easier. G.W. is hold by bearing in single side which is convenient for replacement. R.W. is hold by bearing at double side to reduce backlash.
The model has had great performance on automobile industry, take hydraulic spool for instance. Roundness can be controlled under 1 um.
To maintain such stable result, the dressing attachment is also key point. It is equipped with cylinder to avoid backlash. Besides, in addition to single point diamond dresser, roller dresser is optional for customer for better durability.
Automation design is always available with the machine. Gantry type loader is equipped on GW side which is easier to do grinding adjustment.
In addition to that, the graphic interface integrates auto loader and unloader as well as measuring data, which is much easier to take necessary action while notice the change.
The base structure is upgraded with square slide with roller bearing and shorten the machine layout at the same time.
