Additionally, it features programmed control conveyor and oil mist recovery machine for precise chip and exhaust emission, reducing energy consumption by 15%. It also incorporates an intelligent load energy monitoring system for real-time monitoring of machine operation status to achieve optimal energy utilization. With environmentally friendly design, the main spindle unit replaces oil cooling machines with low-energy consumption air cooling machines, reducing overall energy consumption by over 42%, thereby lowering operational costs and environmental impact. With the installation of numerous sensors, it becomes smarter, integrating virtual and real-time intelligent processing monitoring functions such as temperature rise compensation, collision prevention, and simulated cutting, providing users with a more intelligent and eco-friendly machining experience. Furthermore, with the digital twin function of the controller and the SWM system interface independently developed by Taiwan Takisawa, energy consumption, utilization rate monitoring, motor temperature, spindle load, production history, and equipment alarm history are all readily available, facilitating judgment of yield, capacity, and efficiency, continuously develop based on customer feedback.
