Product Description:
Offers big capacity, together with superior speed, all in a compact construction.
It combines the smoothness of a drilling tapping center and the capacity of a VMC in one machine.
It has a spacious table to handle big cutting jobs in combination with extra high-speed design, making it unmatched in performance and efficiency.

A. Features of excellent structural design:
● The machine is made of high-quality FC-300-graded cast iron, the structural design processes with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to inject the mechanical as well as the aesthetic factors for the max. rigidity and flexibility.
● Referring to the structural concept of horizontal machine base, the lift-up design allows high speed and smooth motion control for the moving parts on the machine base and table.
● All 3 axes are employed with high-rigidity roller-type linear guideways for outstanding machining rigidity.

B. Tool magazine is separately mounted:
● The tool magazine is separately mounted in combination with a door to completely isolate from the machining area, which not only prevents from the contamination by chips and coolant on the tool magazine, but also makes the maintenance easily.

C. High-efficient pallet-changing system:
● High-speed rotary-type APC – employed high-precision 3-piece couplings for direct pallet change without lifting up the pallet, featuring high reliability and repeatability within a short pallet-changing time.
● Upon request, easily to integrate with A/C axis or clamping fixtures for the flexible and efficient machining.

D. Standardized design for 4-axis wiring and cabling:
● The space for the hydro-pneumatic pipes and power cables for 4th axis is preserved at the central hole of the APC.

E. Well chip-prevented working area:
● With the telescopic cover made by stainless steel, the working area is well isolated, making the coolant flushing perfect and preventing from the chip contamination.

F. Comprehensive chip conveying system:
● Specially designed with a comprehensive chip conveying system under the machine base, making the chip conveying efficiently.
