The three-axis is designed with roller linear guideways to meet the needs of superb high-speed and high-efficiency machining, easy sales and high utilization rate.

A. Features
● The linear CNC machine series employs high-precision roller-type linear guideways.
● The motor mount in the end of 3 axes are precisionly-scraped before mounting and carefully pre-tensioned after assembly, enabling the transmission system to achieve long-term stability.
● The X-axis is equipped with 6 blocks.
● The saddle and table are of a box-type structure with an increased height on structural parts, featuring light weight and high rigidity.
● A perfect combination for speed and structural stability.
● Oversized base and column, reinforced column bottom and solid Z-axis structure assure vibration-free cutting.
● The rigid ballscrew with double nuts is driven by powerful servo motor.
● Extra wide span between linear guideways effectively upgrades dynamic accuracy.

B. Perfect Design for Structural Stability
● The saddle and the table are designed in a box structure. The height of the structural parts is increased, and it has the perfect design of light weight, high rigidity, speed, and structural stability. The spindle length/width ratio is of 1:1 design.

C. Double Nut Ball Screw
● High-rigidity double-nut ballscrew driven by high power servo motor.

D. Extra Large Base and Column
● Strengthen the quality of the bottom of the machine and the thick and stable structure of the Z-axis to ensure least vibration during high-speed movement and cutting. The column width is up to 1200 mm.

E. Three-Axis Transmission System
● Assembled after precision scraping. After rigorous assembly and pre-tensioning, the long-term stability of the transmission system is ensured.
