The drilling/tapping machining center of SV-50DT series integrated the features of High Speed and Maximum Stability. The enhanced structural design assures the best dynamic and static stability. Equipped with an 12Krpm high-speed spindle to achieve 48 m/min rapid traverse on 3-axis linear motion makes it an optimal integration for high speed, high accuracy and high efficiency.

A. Perfect structural design of high rigidity:
● The stable low gravity machine base offers a solid foundation for the whole machine, and the V-shaped inner ribs provide long-lasting dynamic and static accuracy.
● Extra wide span between both linear guideways exhibits exceptional stability to absorb cutting vibration, free from overhang issue.
● All structural mechanism are made of high-tensile FC-300 cast iron with stress-relieved and deformation-free characteristic.
● The box-type construction features anti-deformation and anti-bending.
● The A-shaped machine column firmly supports the ATC and headstock, which will be able to do with the axial and radial cutting force.

B. 12Krpm direct-drive spindle as standard:
● BT-30 spindle taper
● The acceleration/deceleration time for the direct-drive is within 1~1.5 seconds, which upgrades the machining efficiency.
● 15Krpm/24Krpm spindle as option.

C. 16 tools clam-type ATC as standard:
● The tool magazine is of BT-30 tool shank.
● The magazine body is made by Aluminum alloy for reducing the inertia load, featuring the fast tool change and stable motion.
● Random and bi-direction tool selection.

D. Optimal headstock H/L ratio:
● The H/L (height/width) ration of the headstock is nearly 1:1, allowing it to present superior capability in the radial and axial cutting resistance.

E. Anchored ballscrew:
● Both ends of the ballscrew are anchored on the machine by angular contact ball bearings, featuring higher rigidity and stability.
● The pre-tensioned ballscrew eliminated the backlash and increased the positioning accuracy.

F. Wide internal working space:
● The wide internal working space features good ventilation and efficient chip removal.
● Two independently-controlled pumps are respectively for the spindle cutting and for chip flushing.
