From a Single Lathe to KINWA Lathe
KINWA Lathe is a Taiwan-based manufacturer of manual lathes and CNC lathes, whose history began in Taichung in 1968.
The founder started a machining business with a single lathe on Zhongxiao Road in Taichung City. In 1973, CHIN HO Machinery Factory was established and officially began manufacturing lathes.
In 1980, the company relocated to Daya, Taichung, and was reorganized as CHIN HUNG MACHINERY CO., LTD., continuing its international expansion.
As demand for CNC lathes increased, a dedicated CNC production facility was built in 1996 to further expand production capacity.
From manual lathes to CNC lathes, KINWA continues to focus on accuracy, rigidity, durability, stable machining performance, and long-term reliability.
