The new GS high-speed energy-saving discharge circuit features an innovative active discharge energy recovery module. During the machining process, excess discharge energy is recovered synchronously (redirecting surplus capacitor energy back to the power supply instead of dissipating it through resistors). This significantly reduces power consumption in high-speed machining, saving up to 33% of energy compared to the previous-generation system. Additionally, the discharge energy waveform is optimized (from triangular to T-shaped), increasing thermal accumulation area and improving high-speed machining efficiency by 25%, achieving a cutting speed of up to 320 mm²/min, on par with leading Japanese competitors.
B. Enhanced Water Cooling System:
Cooling Unit: Upgraded from a fixed-frequency cooling unit to a DC inverter cooling unit, reducing hourly energy consumption by 75%.
Water System:
Previous Approach: The filtration pump operated continuously, filtering water even when the clean water tank was full, causing energy and filter waste as excess water overflowed back to the wastewater tank.
Improved Method: A water level monitoring device is added to the clean water tank. The filtration pump activates only when the clean water tank's water level is low, reducing hourly energy consumption by 44%.
